A. Cornershop Ft ACCÜ - Pinpoint
AA. Cornershop - The Titi Shaker
B. Cornershop - The Titi Shaker Instrumental

Cornershop unveil a new track called ‘Pinpoint’ featuring Accü on vocals. Think Chic meet St EtienneCornershop are currently recording material for a new album, and concentrating on their heavily respected independent record label, ample play.  In the meantime we’re lucky they’ve gone on one of their wonderful tangents to record ‘Pinpoint’ (bw ‘The Titi Shaker’), inviting Cardiff-based Accü, aka Angharad from Trwbador, to feature on vocals.

For their ‘Milkin’ It’ video (single from the Urban Turban LP), they explored what was then an emerging gang turf dance from Oakland, California.  Here again with the ‘Pinpoint’ video, we have street body bumping, but it meets traditional European folk line dancing – an unlikely encounter, as if the mirrored windows were a parallel universe.
